Express Solicitors wins RTA victim £19,000
As a passenger in a shunted vehicle in February 2006, Lizzy Boon from the Midlands suffered a moderate back injury.
Diagnosed with torn ligaments that led to ongoing back pain, Lizzy decided to make a claim with help from a well known national law firm. Ultimately, however, she ended up dissatisfied with the service and the £6,000 damages she was encouraged to accept.
