HR Manager

Due to internal re-structuring we are seeking to add an HR professional to the management team to ensure the smooth running of all personnel related aspects of the firm's operation and provide support to the Managing Partner and existing management team as the needs of the business demand.

Ideally you will come from a Legal HR background and possess the CIPD qualification however the individual is the most important thing and we will fully consider applications from people who do not meet the above criteria.

As well as excellent organisational skills we would expect you to be a pro active and focussed individual with the ability to manage a varied workload under pressure.  Due to the nature of the role, excellent interpersonal and people management skills are essential as well as the ability to exercise discretion at all times.

Legal Secretary

 We are looking for an experienced Secretary to enhance our growing team, providing valuable support to a variety of Fee Earners on a day to day basis.

The ideal candidate should have excellent grammar and audio typing together with good communication skills.

Experience of working for Solicitors would be an advantage, as would experience of Personal Injury claims and the Proclaim case management system, however these are not essential as training will be provided.

Administration Assistant

 We are seeking additional support staff to aid in our rapidly growing and busy firm.  As an Administration Assistant you will be responsible for ensuring that day to day tasks such as the distribution of incoming correspondence, photocopying of important documentation, file closing and other essential tasks are carried out efficiently and in a timely fashion.

You will also form part of the reception department and therefore it is important that you are well presented and personable at all times.

This job would be ideal for someone who is able to work as part of a team performing a variety of roles throughout the day and has previous experience of office administration although we will consider all applications.

As a minimum requirement you should have G.C.S.Es in Maths and English at grade C or above, which can be evidenced if required.

Salary will be dependent upon experience.

Litigation Assistant

Due to continued expansion and internal promotions we are currently recruiting for a number of Litigation Assistants within our New Client Team with starts dates in August and September 2010. 

Candidates should be educated to degree level and have completed the LPC or BVC. You will need some knowledge of PI, excellent organisational and time management skills, together with a good telephone manner.

You should have the ability to work without supervision but also enjoy and work well within a busy team environment.

This position has excellent career prospects and we would expect those who can show they provide excellent levels of client care, legal ability and commitment, to progress and gain a training contract.

Candidates should also hold a full clean driving licence and having your own car would be seen as a distinct advantage.

RTA Fee Earner - Minimum 1 year experience of dealing with own caseload

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fee Earner for our RTA department.

It is essential that you can demonstrate a sound legal knowledge of the RTA process and also have a proven track record of dealing with your own caseload.

The ideal candidate should also be able to demonstrate a commitment to excellent levels of client  care and have good communication skills.  Knowledge and experience of Proclaim case management system would be an advantage as would a good academic background.
