Assistant Solicitor
Kimberley is a graduate of Keele University, where she studied Law and English after growing up in Wigan. She specialised in Gothic Fiction (English) and litigation (law), before taking her LPC at Nottingham Law School.
Having joined Express Solicitors in 2007 as a Litigation Assistant in the New Claims Team, she was awarded a training contract with the firm in 2009 and qualified as a solicitor in July 2010.
Although Kimberley has a broad interest in personal injury law, and forms part of the Employer’s Liability team at Express Solicitors. Here, she deals with a variety of, often very complex, accidents that occur in the workplace.
The aspects of the job that Kimberley enjoys most include communicating regularly with clients and, in particular, explaining the processes involved to clients who have never previously made a claim for personal injury.
Kimberley is an active person, enjoying weekly visits to the gym and participating in aerobics and spinning cycling classes. At home, she spends her time chasing after her two cats Gizmo and Sparky and enjoys Thai cuisine and world cinema.
