Originally from Bristol, Daniel has a passion for personal injury law and has specialised in this area since he qualified. He studied law at University in the midlands before moving to Chester to complete his LPC and subsequently to join Express Solicitors in 2003.

Daniel heads up the Public Liability and Occupier's Liability team here at Express, dealing with many unusual and complex cases, including helping people who have slipped on ice-covered surfaces.

Daniel has built a reputation as also being an expert on animal-related accidents (including horse accidents) and has successfully won a significant number of complex cases in this area. He also dealt with many 'toxic sofa' cases, suing Argos and other large furniture suppliers for skin conditions suffered by many people across the UK from their defective sofas.

Furthermore, Daniel has a wealth of experience in cases involving accidents abroad and people suing their package holiday companies.

Daniel heads a team of solicitors at Express and has a wealth of legal expertise gained through experience and training. This has been recognised by APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers) with whom he has gained Senior Litigator status and the Law Society with whom he is recognised as a Law Society Personal Injury Accreditation Scheme Member.

In his spare time Daniel enjoys snow boarding, surfing and motor racing.
