Sapna Kapoor joined Express Solicitors in September 2009 before quickly ascending the ranks to become a paralegal and has since progressed to a Trainee Solicitor. Sapna works in the Employers Liability team headed up by Sharon Denby, she represents clients in a variety of cases concerning serious accidents that occur in the workplace.
Highly regarded for her organisational skills and good initiative, Sapna is a skilled communicator and enjoys building up a rapport with her clients over the duration of her case. These skills prove particularly useful when dealing with clients who speak these languages but are not able to adequately articulate in English their experiences and finer details of their case.
I feel I understand the importance of having compassion and establishing a strong professional relationship of trust with my clients who have often been involved in traumatic accidents that can have a significant impact upon the rest of their lives, says Sapna.
I do thoroughly enjoy my job, the importance of which cannot be underestimated, and take great pride in endeavouring to secure fair settlement results for my clients.
Sapna was born in Manchester and grew up in Wilmslow, before crossing the Pennines to initially study Biology at Leeds University, gaining a BSC (HONS) degree. She then undertook the GDL conversion to Law course (gaining a commendation) followed by the Legal Practice Course, both at the College of Law in Chester, to gain her Law LLB (HONS) degree.
