Hafizah Begum is a Trainee Solicitor within Express Solicitors Road Traffic Accident (RTA) department, forming part of a team headed up by Rachel
Flannigan. The Road Traffic Accident Department is split into two departments and Hafizah handles liability disputed cases and complex higher value
claims of a diverse caseload of both pre and post-litigated cases. This includes dealing with accidents involving cars, buses, bikes and pedestrians.
She also deals with allegations of phantom passengers and low velocity impact allegations and claims for permanent injuries, complex psychological
disorders, long term care and loss of earning claims.
Prior to joining Express as a Litigation Executive in September 2010, Hafizah worked in an RTA department in a national law firm, where she also dealt
with Trade Unions, Credit Hire, Storage, Fraud and Low Velocity Impact cases.
Hafizah Studied at the University of Manchester for her LLB degree and then studied at the BPP Law School in Manchester to obtain her LPC, gaining a
distinction.
