Anna Pearson is a Litigation Executive at Express Solicitors, where she specialises in Clinical Negligence cases.  She conducts a caseload of various types involving cosmetic negligence, mismanaged labour, mistakes made during surgery and delays in diagnosis and treatment. Further to this, Anna assists Margaret Bailey-Tsavalas, Head of the Clinical Negligence Department, with a further case load of varied and complex litigation involving serious personal injury and clinical negligence cases.
Anna garnered experience in Personal Injury Law whilst working with a defendant Lawyer for a Personal Injury Law firm in Sydney, Australia, from where she hails. While still in Sydney, Anna obtained a Bachelor of Medical Science from the University of Sydney in 2005, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Technology, Sydney, in 2011.
Anna spent a period of time working as a volunteer in a rehabilitation centre in Sydney assisting patients who have suffered from various serious injuries and accidents with their recovery.  In 2002 and 2004, Anna also spent time in India undertaking voluntary work in several missionaries during her university holidays. In August 2011, Anna was admitted as a Lawyer to the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia.
Anna feels it is particularly important for clients who have suffered at the hands of negligence to have their questions answered. Having studied medical science before turning to law, her background enables her to have heightened attention to detail in clinical negligence cases.

Away from work, Anna enjoys travelling and learning new languages. This comes with the territory of being the partner of an opera singer, as Anna routinely ventures far and wide to witness the apple of her eye perform.
