Alexandra Hirst is a Litigation Executive within Rachel Flannigans Road Traffic Accident (RTA) team. She joined Express Solicitors as a paralegal in 2010, after a period working at a high street law firm specialising in property law. After handling a varied caseload of sales and purchases there, Alexandra pursued a long-standing interest in personal injury law by joining Express Solicitors and now oversees a range of RTA involving motorists, cyclists and pedestrians.
Describing herself as hard-working, motivated and organised, it is the regular communication with clients which Alexandra enjoys most about her role. An English graduate, Alexandra is an accomplished writer and language analyst. Having honed these skills at university, they prove invaluable during the course of complex RTA cases.
Alex is recognised for her ability to secure the maximum amount of fair compensation for her clients in the shortest possible time. A recent success secured a figure of more than £6,000 for a RTA victim.
Specialising in American Literature at the University of Aberystwyth before undertaking her GDL and LPC at Manchester Metropolitan University, she is a disciple of American writer Ralph Waldo Emerson who once said what lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.

Alexandra is originally from Cheshire but now resides in Didsbury. She is an avid reader, maintaining her passion for literature from childhood, through her English degree to the present day. A regular face at yoga and zumba classes, she has competed in several 10k runs and hopes to climb Mount Snowdon later this year.
